The Community Center only has half of its AC Units functioning. Please be aware of this before renting it out. We are working on resolving this issue.

• Rental Fee is $300.00 (cash or money order)
• Security Deposit is $150.00 (cash, money order or cashier's check only)
• Note: Security Deposit checks will only be held for 1 month following the rental date and it will be shredded.
• No Drugs or Alcohol is allowed on the property, if detected the deposit will be held.
• Public Dances must be approved by the Chief of Police prior to any event. Download the application here.
